Hannah-Jane will have direct overall responsibility for the account, and for ensuring we deliver a high quality, personal and proactive service to you. Hannah-Jane is responsible for assisting a range of clients with all aspects of the human resource function from an HR audit and short-term projects to a full retainer-based service. Hannah-Jane works primarily with OMBs and SMEs across a range of industries. H-J is a CIPD qualified HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in HR, providing proactive advice and practical solutions to her clients. She helps her clients understand the impact of constantly evolving employment legislation, advises on how to integrate good practice into day-to-day operations and is also involved in working with clients on redundancy matters, conducting disciplinary hearings and handling grievance procedures.
