Andreja joined Azets HR Consultancy team as a Senior HR Consultant in September 2022 and brings a wealth of experience having previously worked in similar roles with clients of varying sizes across industries in the private and public sector. She advises clients on all aspects of HR covering the entire employee life cycle, including drafting and reviewing employment contracts and staff handbooks, dealing with employee relations matters and advising on more complex projects such as redundancies and TUPE transfers. Andreja is also a qualified Paralegal in Employment Law and enjoys resolving unusual legal queries. Andreja builds her HR career on an excellent academic record, having obtained BSc (Hons) from University College London and MSc in Human Resources Management and Organisational Behaviour from Cyprus International Institute of Management. As an Immigration Advisor registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC), Andreja also assists clients with immigration queries. She specialises in business immigration queries, including assessing business needs, advising on the best immigration routes, obtaining Sponsorship Licences and applying for appropriate work visas. With her detail oriented approach she also looks after immigration compliance matters ensuring the clients don’t fall foul of complex and always changing requirements. Outside of the office, Andreja keeps busy with two young children. She enjoys reading and baking and would love some more worldwide destinations ticked off her travel bucket list in the near future.
