Carly is a Chartered member of the CIPD and has over 20 years’ experience of working in-house within the fast paced, demanding Corporate Sector.
She has joined Azets after most recently working within the Education Sector, as a Consultant, where she provided employment related support to numerous schools and academies. She has extensive experience in dealing with Disciplinary and Grievance hearings, as well as managing turnover and restructuring. In addition to this she has played a key role in mediation for employees within this sector.
As a highly motivated individual, with a professional personable delivery, she prides herself on developing strong relationships with her clients. Her aim is to provide support and guidance, with a focus on solutions to employee related matters, whilst maintaining a balance between being a strategic business partner and employee champion.
Carly has extensive experience in; TUPE, employee relations, absence management, restructures, redundancies, disciplinaries and grievances.
Carly has a love for music and enjoys attending as many concerts as she can. Her young family keep her busy but when she can escape, she enjoys horse-riding and long walks with her dog, on the beach, in East Sussex.
