Azets Corporate Finance advised Black & Lizars on the sale of Nine of its Branches to Duncan and Todd

Black and Lizars is one of the largest and most renowned optometrists groups in Scotland. In November 2018 it agreed to sell 9 of it’s branches to Duncan and Todd, one of the leading optical and hearing care providers based in Scotland, for an undisclosed sum. Azets acted as the lead advisor to Black & Lizars on the transaction.
