Terence is a Director based in London, specialising in Capital Allowances (CA) and Land Remediation Relief (LRR).
He brings a highly forensic approach to achieve best outcomes for a broad range of clients, from owner-managed businesses and multi-national occupiers through to institutional funds and overseas investors.
Terence has worked on transactions and capital projects across various property sectors, including offices, industrial, retail, leisure, hospitality, healthcare, later living, multi-family, student accommodation, and data centres.
His over 20 years' experience spans advisory, valuation and dealings with HMRC and the VOA.
Prior to joining Azets in February 2024, Terence was a Director at Savills. He is a chartered taxation allowances surveyor (MRICS).
