Sophie is a Charted Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor. She joined the firm in 2008, originally training and qualifying in audit before making the move over to tax during 2012, initially working in Corporate Tax. She now oversees the Corporation Tax team whilst providing Tax Advisory Services to clients in a wide range of areas including business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and employee share incentives.
Many of her clients are owner managed businesses therefore requiring solutions that align company and individual objectives. Her experience gives her a unique perspective on advising clients on workable, commercially orientated solutions to minimise tax liabilities, both from a corporate and individual point of view.
Sophie’s favourite clients are those with entrepreneurial spirit and a real passion for their business, although she loves helping all clients solve their problems.
