Simon is a Partner at Azets, based in Manchester and specialises in advising corporates, lenders and other stakeholders in situations involving financial stress or distress, or where there is a funding requirement. He is an experienced restructuring advisor, having worked at both boutique and large practice on a broad range of projects across different sectors.
Simon’s work typically includes anything from accelerated merger & acquisitions, independent business reviews, contingency planning, and formal insolvency. Sector experience includes manufacturing, retail and leisure, banking and Government and public sector.
Prior to joining Azets, Simon has spent time at PwC and Alvarez & Marsal. He is a Licenced Insolvency Practitioner and a Fellow of the ACCA.
