Nicola is a Partner based in the London restructuring and insolvency team and has over 20 years’ experience providing restructuring advice. She advises directors, lenders and other stakeholders in situations involving financial distress including cashflow constraints, reduced profitability and other financial challenges.
Nicola’s focus is on considering the options available to preserve the solvency of a company and services include independent business reviews, options analysis, accelerated sales processes and cash flow management. Where a solvent option is unavoidable, Nicola can assist with contingency planning and formal insolvency appointments. Nicola has worked in a wide variety of sectors but has some significant experience in real estate finance, hotels, education and hospitality and leisure.
Nicola is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is an appointment taking Licenced Insolvency Practitioner.
