Nick has spent over 20 years advising a wide variety of clients across a broad range of industry sectors. As a Partner in the Corporate Finance team he has a wealth of experience taking lead advisory roles on assignments including business sales and acquisitions (advisory and due diligence), MBOs and MBIs, finance raising and business valuations. Nick is a Chartered Accountant and joined Azets in 2017 from a previous corporate finance role at another Yorkshire accountancy practice.
He is a lifelong, born and bred Huddersfield Town football fan and is a keen traveller.
