James trained at a local accountancy firm in Maidstone and worked for two top twenty accountancy firms before joining Azets in 2024.
James specialises in the healthcare sector, having worked with many GP practices, PCNs, federations and medical consultants across the UK for over 15 years. As well as assisting and advising on the accounts in various forms including partnerships, sole trades and limited companies, he has assisted clients with personal and corporate tax compliance and advice, budgeting, cashflows and cloud accounting solutions.
For individuals in the healthcare sector, James assists his clients with the various NHS compliance requirements such as NHS pension certificates, estimates of pensionable profits and the publication of earnings to name a few, as well as advising on drawings and dividends.
James is a member of the Association of Independent Specialist Medical Accountants (AISMA) who act for around half of all GPs in the UK.
