David is a commercially focused forensic accounting expert with over 25 years’ experience in this specialist area of accountancy, working within a top tier law firm for 11 years together with experience in industry and investment banking.
David was appointed to the ICAEW Presidents Panel for Expert Determination in relation to share valuations. In addition to being regularly appointed by the Courts as Single Joint Expert, he has appeared as Expert Witness for Appellant and Respondent under cross examination in the Technology and Construction Court, High Court, Tier 1 Tax Tribunal and Family Court.
David helps clients in relation to the key specialist areas requiring contentious and non contentious valuation or forensic advice, including share valuations, loss of profits claims, post transaction warranty or earn out disputes and losses arising from alleged fraud.
