Dan leads the Transaction Services team at Azets, providing buy/sell-side advisory & due diligence services to private equity, debt funds & corporates.
He also advises businesses looking to raise growth/venture capital and has advised on M&A deals across a variety of sectors.
Dan is a Chartered Accountant, holds the ICAEW/CISI Diploma in Corporate Finance and has achieved individual recognition as Emerging Dealmaker of the Year at The Insider Dealmaker Awards.
