With 18 years’ practice experience at another local firm, Dale Mitchell joined as a partner in the Witney office in 2018, overseeing the Business and Accounts Team. He is also responsible for staffing, training and development as well as being the money laundering officer.
Working primarily with SMEs, particularly owner-managed businesses, Dale loves to get to know the people behind the business and understand what their objectives and passions are. He works with businesses in a variety of sizes and sectors – sole traders, partnerships, LLPs and limited companies. The biggest career highlight for Dale was making the transition to Partner, however, he loves his role as training manager and helping to support and train the next generation of managers, directors and partners.
Dales lives in Swindon with his partner and enjoys spending time outside of work with friends and family. Not many people know that he once auditioned for the game show ‘Golden Balls’, and he is also a published author.
