Creag Campbell-Ace is a Senior Director with Azets' Corporate Finance team in London. He brings more than 10 years of dedicated transaction advisory and financial due diligence experience.
Mr Campbell-Ace specialises in providing sell-side and buy-side financial due diligence, independent business reviews and transaction advisory services to private equity and corporate clients. He has developed significant experience in M&A transactions across a number of industries, most notably Healthcare & Healthcare Services, Human Capital & Recruitment, Business Services, Retail & Consumer and TMT (among others).
Mr. Campbell-Ace first qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC following which he spent a number of years with A&M, EY and RSM before gaining experience as an Interim CFO. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Mr. Campbell-Ace earned a first-class honours degree in Business Economics and Finance from Loughborough University.
