Claire specialises in working with large owner managed groups helping them manage and minimize their tax exposure, both in respect of ongoing compliance obligations and specific transactions. Claire has a broad range of experience across several sectors and assists our corporate clients with business restructuring, sales & acquisitions, and succession planning.
Prior to joining Azets, she worked in large independent North East firms in mixed tax positions.
Claire has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation since January 2009 and has over 17 years’ experience in practice.
