Angela is a tax expert with over 15 years’ invaluable experience and knowledge having originally trained in a big 4 firm. She has a wealth of expertise across a wide range of tax matters, advising mostly large and medium sized corporate clients across a diverse range of sectors.
She provides bespoke advice on all tax issues, including expertise in dealing with the complexities of corporate group restructuring. She also specialises in helping businesses to optimise the employer remuneration offering whilst ensuring the business attracts, motivates and retains key staff through the use of tax efficient and cost-effective employee share schemes.
Angela is also well versed within the world of R&D, helping ambitious businesses drive growth and maximise their investment in R&D and innovation. She works with a large variety of clients, in the increasingly complex areas of R&D Tax relief and the Patent Box regime.
Outside of work she enjoys dancing, travelling and cooking (usually in the vain attempt to satisfy her family’s insatiable stomachs!)
