Andy, a partner in our Birmingham Office, is a Chartered Accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, boasting 25 years at KPMG, including periods in audit and transaction services before specialising in Restructuring & Insolvency. He joined Azets from Evelyn Partners (formerly Smith & Williamson), where he led their Midlands corporate advisory and restructuring offering in Birmingham for over 10 years.
With extensive experience, Andy often supports companies experiencing financial challenges. He helps them assess the turnaround options available, which could include an accelerated sales process, refinancing or wind down. Where solvent solutions aren’t achievable, he will help facilitate the insolvency process and act as administrator or liquidator.
Recognised in regional business circles, Andy aids underperforming businesses in various sectors across the Midlands, including automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, printing, and property.
