Andy joined Azets in November 2022 following a 38-year career with Lloyds Bank, based in London and a senior member of our R&I Team.
He spent the last 15 years at Lloyds in corporate restructuring, initially as a director managing a portfolio of distressed Mid-Market clients (turnover £50m - £500m). From 2013, ran Lloyds' Mid-Market Restructuring Team and then from 2019, ran their Large Corporate Restructuring Team (client turnover + £100m). All sectors covered including Corporate (private and public) / CRE / LBO’s / Project Finance / Financial Institutions.
With a confident and unassuming style, Andy is experienced in senior level engagement plus HMG / regulator interaction.
