Fees are charged on the basis of the work undertaken, both in terms of the size and complexity of the estate and the services which Azets agree to carry out both at the start and during the engagement.
We do not charge a fee based on a percentage of the value of the estate but based on our standard hourly charge out rates.

Our normal fee range to obtain grant of probate and complete IHT forms is between £1,500 and £20,000. Fees to administer the estate can vary considerably and are completely dependent on the time taken to deal with all aspects.

Generally, applications for a grant must be made to ICAEW within 12 months of the time you become aware, or reasonably ought to have been aware of the loss.
