Stephen acts for a mixed portfolio of clients, mainly owner-managed businesses, but in particular he acts for a number of clients in the healthcare and not-for-profit sectors.
He understands the challenge business owners face as they struggle with increasingly burdensome compliance regulations. He works closely with his clients to ensure that they meet their financial responsibilities, comply with regulations and stay on top of their business, addressing problems as they arise.
Stephen also acts in an independent advisory role, helping clients to resolve issues, address their concerns and meet deadlines. He takes particular satisfaction when, by talking things through, a client sees matters in a different and more positive light.
