Nick has over 30 years of experience delivering public sector external audit services to local government, NHS and central government. His clients include Lothian Buses, Edinburgh Trams, City of Edinburgh Council, NHS 24 and HIAL. He is a member of the ICAS Public Sector Committee and CIPFA/LASAAC , responsible for local government financial reporting. He also sits on the UK GAAP TAG Committee responsible for updates to FRS 102.
Nick was involved in undertaking the Cross Government Review of Major Contracts carried out on behalf of the Cabinet Office. His team offer dedicated expertise in the public sector and the aspect of his role that he most enjoys is meeting clients and adding real value to their organisation.
Nick's biggest achievement in his career is leading the Azets public sector team to becoming the largest provider of public sector audit and assurance services in Scotland.
