Azets Corporate Finance advised Powersports Distribution Group on its acquisition of Putoline Distribution Ltd

Powersports Distribution Group (PDG) is proud to announce that it has concluded the purchase of the entire share capital of Putoline Distribution Ltd, also known as Neo Distribution the UK. With this acquisition PDG further strengthens its position as a National Distributor of premium motorcycle parts and accessories in the United Kingdom.

In 2019 PDG acquired Bradbury Brothers and Rob Hunter in the UK, the combined Company now trades as Hoco Parts UK Ltd from their Huddersfield facility.
