Azets has acquired award-winning business and tax advisory firm Inspire Accountants, a local independent firm based in Poole. The acquisition strengthens Azets’ established presence on the South Coast.
We are delighted to welcome a new office and business into the Azets family with the acquisition of Inspire Accountants - an award-winning independent business and tax advisory firm based in Poole - our second acquisition in three months, as we continue to deliver on our ambitious growth plans for the UK.
Inspire was established in 2004 and has an established market presence with nearly 1,000 clients. Its 30 employees, including three Partners, provide services across Bournemouth, Poole and the wider Solent region.
The acquisition takes Azets’ regional network to 86 offices across the UK and extends our service offering in the local markets around the Solent. As a niche practice specialising in providing strategic and technical advice to entrepreneurial and growing businesses, the team also provide an on call Financial Director service, known as FD on Demand, which provides clients with the experience and expertise of a full-time FD for the times when they need it at a fraction of the cost.
