Azets appoints Paul Tallon as new Partner at Birmingham office

Azets, the UK's largest regional accountancy and business advisor to SMEs, is very pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Tallon as Transaction Services Partner.

Paul was appointed, with effect from 12^th April 2021 and joins the Azets' Midlands Corporate Finance team, based out of its Birmingham City Centre office. Paul joins Azets after spending nine years as a Director at Grant Thornton UK LLP.

Paul will be focused on supporting growing and acquisitive businesses in the SME space, working closely with banks, acquirers, acquisitive corporates and private equity houses to deliver Transaction Services and Financial Due Diligence.

With a strong and well-established Transaction Services practice, predominantly based in London, Paul’s appointment represents a key strategic milestone for Azets in the geographical expansion of its specialist expertise, both within the Midlands region and nationally.
