As Director you will guide and shape our Scottish R&D (Research & Development)/Innovation Tax team. This will include delivering a technical service to clients, both via your team and directly as well as providing internal advice to colleagues and partners. You will be responsible for the targets, fees and recoveries of your team as well as promoting the service line to win new work. In addition, the day-to-day welfare and development of your team will remain a key part of the role, working with managers to develop individuals and ensure all work is completed to the highest calibre.

As a business leader, your journey will continue via mentorship by the senior management team in both your local office and wider network across the UK. This position will be a key hire within our North region, and you will be the main point of contact and driving force for our R&D tax offering. You will be supported in your development and encouraged to work towards Partner in the future.
