Early Careers recruitment is integral to ensuring we are bringing in new talent and providing training to help create the future of our business. Joining the wider Azets team, you will support the Blick Rothenberg business with over 60 hires per year across our Graduate and School & College leaver programmes, this will be a busy position with large amounts of responsibility.
You will be responsible for conducting candidate screening and assessment, facilitating assessment centres, managing candidate experience and developing strong relationships with your stakeholders. Our attraction strategy is just as important as our recruitment process, so you will support with attending relevant events and online advertising. Our aim is to show students that Blick Rothenberg is a trainee employer of choice.
You will be an experienced recruiter and must be confident managing high volumes of vacancies. You will deliver excellent candidate and hiring manager experience and continuously seek out ways to improve the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will have experience of recruiting to a campus calendar and attending careers fairs/delivering skills sessions and other related emerging talent responsibilities. You may have an agency or inhouse recruitment background, but you must have a demonstrable passion for Early Careers recruitment.
This role requires you to be based in our London offices (Bank & Covent Garden) a minimum of 1 day per week.
