As a Manager at Azets, you will have the ability and motivation needed to:
Own and manage a client portfolio with higher level of client responsibility, as well as overseeing your team’s portfolios and having an input to workflow planning
Deliver revenue and profitability targets
Foster enduring client relationships
Develop and inspire our smarter people plan
Day to day duties
Work with the Payroll SLT to develop, a robust service delivery model
Attend all client service review meetings
Produce monthly client service reports for KPI’s
Gathering feedback from payroll teams and clients to continuously improve the service offering
Use Azets systems to export data to be analysed
Design a new joiner training plan to ensure new joiners are proficient to process payrolls using existing systems and processes
What are we looking for?
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced Excel skills
Confident stakeholder management
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Ability to translate data into value-add MI to enable sound decision making and insight
Highly organised and responsive with the ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines
