Day to day duties

  • Ø Binding Accounts

    Ø Responsible for Right to Work checks of new employees

    Ø Ensure Colleagues and Clients sign in and out

    Ø Maintaining building security by following visitor procedures, monitoring log book and issuing badges

    Ø Ensure Colleagues and Clients sign in and out

    Ø Maintaining building security by following visitor procedures, monitoring log book and issuing badges

    Ø Processing and banking cheques

    Ø Managing and arrange Client meetings and organise room bookings

    Ø Organisation of team/meeting lunches and beverages as required

    Ø Managing car parking spaces and ensuring there is availability for Clients, issuing car park passes

    Ø Maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations

    Ø Receiving deliveries and arranging courier

    Ø Ad hoc project work for chargeable staff

    Ø Providing excellent customer service and building a rapport with clients

    Ø Offering and making refreshments for clients

    Ø Liaising with contractors when necessary (plumbers, electricians etc)

    Ø Booking in client records and documents and maintain books in and out record

    Ø General office errands

    Ø Dealing with courier parcels for chargeable staff

    Ø Health and Safety Champion including fire evacuations, fire and safety folders

     

    Other duties as required

What are we looking for?

  • No day is ever the same and therefore a self-motivated, flexible individual who can use their initiative will be well rewarded within this position
  • Either worked in a similar role, or who can demonstrate the professional approach and organised style required
  • Microsoft Office skills are a must
  • Be able to build and maintain good relationships at all levels.
