Day to day duties

• Responsible for the success of the department, while managing client relationships, winning work and developing your team
• Work closely with your clients to understand their business needs and ensure they are provided with a personal and tailored service by not only yourself, but the wider team
• Act as a lead on assignments, you will be able to pull all aspects together through strong leadership and technical ability

What are we looking for?

• ACA/ACCA/CA qualified (or equivalent)
• Network both internally and externally to promote the department and win new work
• Strategic mindset, encouraging you to generate your own transaction flow but also offer strategy and direction for the wider business
