As part of your role as Administration Assistant you will be the first point of contact for clients and employees both visiting and calling the office. You will work closely with the wider Admin team to provide effective, confidential and efficient administration support which assists with the smooth running of the office.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Reception duties
  • Preparing and editing letters, reports, and presentations to the required standard
  • General administrative duties including assisting colleagues with photocopying and scanning etc
  • Supporting the efficient administration of the firm by correctly using the software packages provided such as CCH and Salesforce
  • Helping maintain office filing system
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail & couriers, including franking
  • Assisting with client onboarding on Salesforce and drafting Engagement Letters. 
  • Monitoring the shared Admin email inbox and responding to any queries.
  • Processing and banking cheques
  • Managing bookings for the meeting rooms and where appropriate set up rooms.
  • Representing the firm in a professional manner at all times

No day is ever the same and therefore a self-motivated, flexible individual who can use their initiative would be best suited to this position. In terms of experience, we look for individuals who have worked in a similar role and enjoy working in a diverse position. In addition, Microsoft Office skills are essential. To be successful, you will have administration experience and be looking for an organisation where you can expand on this further as part of a hard-working team. Working in the heart of the office, you will work with colleagues of all levels and be able to build relationships and feel like a key member of our team.
