We currently have a vacancy for an Administrator within our central team covering the Central Region here at Azets.
The position will have a base office of Tamworth however offering assistance remotely to the whole of the Regional Team with occasional travel to our East Midlands offices to cover periods of sickness and holiday when required.
As part of your role as Administrator you will be the first point of contact for clients and employees telephoning the office and also when visiting the respective office. You will also be responsible for both incoming post distribution and outgoing post including franking and liaising with couriers as necessary. By the nature of this role you will also undertake other duties such as maintaining stationery and general supplies orders along with wider ad hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of offices even though you may be agile working for the majority of your day.

No day is ever the same and therefore a self-motivated, flexible individual who can use their initiative will be well rewarded within this position. In terms of experience, we look for individuals who have either worked in a similar role, or who can demonstrate the professional approach and organised style required. Microsoft Office skills are a must together with good IT skills / organisational skills / time management skills - ability to plan and prioritise several tasks, along with the unexpected / communication skills / proficient in word, excel etc.
