As part of your role as a Corporate Finance Associate Director you will be responsible for the success of the department, while managing client relationships, winning work and developing your team. You will work closely with the Partners and Directors to help shape and deliver our ambitious growth strategy - increasing our market profile, expanding our deal related service offering and rapidly growing our team. You will be confident in leading multi disciplinary due diligence assignments, acting as the point person with clients and able to pull all aspects together through strong leadership and technical ability. You will also be encouraged to network both internally and externally to promote the department and win new work. The role will promote a strategic mindset, encouraging you to generate your own transaction flow but also offer strategy and direction for the wider business.
