Role responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the coordination of recruitment activities and providing support to your Talent Acquisition team, so that both they and the wider team can deliver an outstanding and efficient recruitment experience to both our new Azets’ candidates and Hiring Managers alike.

  • You will be responsible for supporting your team by ensuring all vacancies are advertised and posted via the correct advertising channels including media campaigns and recruitment events, as well as posting vacancies out to agencies via our ATS
  • Assist in the co-ordination of arranging interviews via our ATS (TalentLink), scheduling interviews via the system to ensure both the hiring manager and the candidate have received relevant confirmations
  • You will be allocating applications from our talent pool held within TalentLink and distributing to the correct TA contact
  • Assisting with the Co-ordination of in-house careers events
  • You will support the TA team with maintaining the PSL lists by assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager in issuing terms of business via DocuSign and maintaining the relevant records
  • Assist with the co-ordination of booking hiring manager briefing calls with our PSL suppliers
  • Issuing offer letters via our ATS and beginning the onboarding process
  • You will assist the team in minimising the number of unsuitable applicants by rejecting candidates where appropriate and freeing up the TA team to review the best talent available
  • Assisting with the maintenance of Visa candidates
  • Supporting the TA team with their social media presence, liking and sharing our posts to increase brand awareness
  • You will be working towards maintaining LinkedIn “Master” projects and therefore assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in encouraging best practice
  • Lead with our Internal first process by setting up interviews for internal candidates to allow the TA team to focus on the external marketplace
  • You will respond quickly and efficiently to any further ad-hoc requests from the TA team, as well as assisting with ad-hoc projects as and when they arise.

You will be an experienced Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Assistant and must be confident managing high volumes of scheduling requests including interviews. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialists, you will have support to develop and take on increasing responsibilities such as internal stakeholder management and relationship management with external stakeholders.
