With a wealth of experience in the corporate finance industry, Tony’s skills lie in advising on all corporate finance issues, specialising in business sales, mergers and acquisitions, raising finance and strategic planning.
Tony is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA) and holds the Institute’s Corporate Finance qualification, which recognises corporate finance expertise at the highest level.
Tony has worked on hundreds of transactions throughout his career mainly for family run and owner managed businesses helping them navigate through transactions from beginning to end. This includes advising on a number of IPOs and was also the CEO/CFO of a company which listed on the full stock market.
