As the Head of our Corporate Finance team, Tim advises owner managed businesses on their options regarding acquisitions and disposals including exit planning and succession. He also works closely with management buy-out teams with structuring and negotiating deals, whilst introducing the appropriate funders for each deal.
Prior to being part of the team, Tim spent almost 20 years in corporate finance and lead advisory, latterly as corporate finance partner at a large independent accountancy and business advisory practice based in Lancashire.
He has worked with a wide range of businesses across a variety of industry sectors, building close working relationships with clients, whilst developing an excellent professional network across the North West
