Steve joins as a Partner in Kent. He has over 20 years’ experience advising companies and shareholders and has also worked directly for a number of HNWIs and their businesses and investment structures.
After graduating from Cambridge University, Steve trained at Arthur Andersen and qualified in 1998. He then spent five years working for HNWIs before joining RSM in 2007. His clients are mainly mid-market SMEs and Owner-Managed Businesses, but his strengths also lie in structuring and shareholder planning, offshore structures and transactions for corporates and individuals.
