Steve joined in January 2015 and has almost 25 years experience in the accountancy profession having gained his ACA and CTA qualifications in 2002 and 2004 respectively. Steve has a large and diverse client portfolio, spanning several sectors including technology, property and hospitality. He provides proactive and pragmatic tax advice to a broad spectrum of limited companies and their shareholders and is also experienced in corporate restructuring. Working with several international groups, Steve has gained specialist insight into the tax issues faced by UK subsidiaries of overseas companies. Steve is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
