Robin has advised a portfolio of corporate and predominantly financial sector firms for over 20 years including across the asset management, securities, corporate finance, fintech and e-money/payment services sectors from early stage and specialist providers through to large international and broad-based firms. He has a keen interest in advising UK subsidiaries of overseas firms as well as UK headquartered firms working internationally and is a German speaker.
As well as handling audit and assurance assignments including financial statements and FCA client assets audits, Robin provides a broad range of business, tax and strategic advice as well as FCA regulatory advice focussing on FCA prudential rules and reporting. He leads the firm’s London based Financial Services and Markets Group and is a member of the ICAEW’s Financial Services Faculty.
