Paul is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 13 years of experience in forensic accounting having spent over seven years in the forensic team at a top 10 UK accountancy firm and prior to that six years at a US forensic boutique.
He has a wide range of forensic experience including breach of contract / warranty and loss of profits, post transaction disputes, fraud investigations and asset tracing, contentious valuations and matrimonial disputes.
He is regularly instructed by dispute resolution lawyers in the context of litigation or arbitration and his ultimate clients involved in the disputes range from large corporates to SME and owner-managed businesses. His cases have been heard in both the UK High Court and in Arbitral Tribunals around the world.
As well as his work relating to disputes, he has also advised pension scheme trustees as to the strength of employer companies in relation to scheme valuations.
Paul adopts a hands-on approach, providing proactive independent advice to clients as both an expert witness and advisor.
