Naomi joined the firm in June 2015, having qualified in both accountancy and tax with an independent firm in Surrey.
She is based in the London private client tax team and, while handling a range of private client tax matters, has a particular specialism in international issues, including domicile, residence and offshore trusts.
Naomi is experienced in advising on the UK tax issues associated with specific transactions and events, including moving to or from the UK, inheritance tax planning, restructuring or unwinding offshore trusts and de-enveloping properties held in offshore company structures. She works closely with legal advisers and tax specialists in other jurisdictions to provide an all-round service.
Naomi enjoys the challenge of applying complex legislation in a practical and understandable way and regularly writes articles and insights for publication.
