Lisa is an Associate Director in the Cardiff office with over 19 years’ experience, having worked at Deloitte LLP for 16 years before joining Baldwins (now Azets) in 2017. Lisa is a Chartered Tax Advisor and a member of the Chartered Institute of Tax. She has a BA (Hons) Economics degree from the University of Nottingham.
Lisa advises a spectrum of businesses between locally owned corporates and large international and listed entities. She has extensive experience across sectors including the motor industry, manufacturing, publishing, travel & leisure and retail.
Lisa has significant experience in providing tailored tax compliance and tax accounting services under FRS 102 and IFRS, optimising group tax efficiency at every step.
Lisa has significant experience in delivering a wide range of tax advisory services across a breadth of issues, including capital allowances, Research & Development, Due Diligence projects, structuring acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations and international tax planning.
