David has 22 years' experience in tax, mainly in relation to owner-managed businesses and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and the Chartered Institute of Taxation. Recently David has been working on group restructuring; share option implementation; and transaction-based advisory work in relation to a management buy-out. He enjoys the technical challenge of finding a solution which either resolves a client’s problem or assists them in achieving a particular objective.
