Chris leads the Corporate Finance team in our Guildford office.
He advises on a broad range of transactions, predominantly involving SMEs, owner managed businesses and private equity institutions. Deals he typically advises on include trade and PE backed acquisitions and disposals, management buy outs and buy ins and growth capital raises.
Chris also heads up Azets Guildford’s share valuation team as well as overseeing the team’s financial modelling and financial due diligence assignments.
He has won and been shortlisted for several industry awards including in the Young Dealmaker of the Year and Corporate Finance Adviser of the Year categories at the South East Insider Dealmakers Awards.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys playing sports, spending time with his young family and travelling the country in his quest to visit all 92 football league grounds.
